My neighbor is suffering from a serious psoriasis disease on her skin and head. The disease causes continuous itching, hair losss and dryness. It also transfer to all of the body and result in wounding her body. Different chemical treatments are ordered by a skin Doctor and that chemicals couldn’t heal the disease even though she used it for more than six months. Washing the Bed linens in Hot Water and Rinsing in clean water. First wash.t the Sheets etc the regular was with a smaller amount of soap. Then Run th machine one for full Cycle with not soap to ensure the soap is out also it helps if you wash in soft water if available as soft water makes a difference.Dry in Dryer . Sh may also want to do this to any clothes that she wears next to her skin. There is no guarantee, but this has helped my mother in law,

Sounds like your neighbor has what I have: seborrheic dermatitis.
First, this infection can flare up with stress, so try and get your neighbor to calm down as much as possible. I know it’s hard, but they have to.
Okay, bear with me. It’s kinda long.
I have Seb. Dermatitis that started as Angular Cheilits (cracks in the corners of mouth) and then moved onto my face. I tried everything from Apple Cider Vinegar to prescription stuff, but the only thing that worked on my dry, sensitive skin?
1. Wash face and body with a soap-free, fragrance and color free wash. Use lukewarm water and PAT dry with a towel. I got a sample of Dermalogica Special Cleansing Gel that’s been a godsend for my poor skin. Email them and ask for a sample cause it’s $$$. Can be used on the whole body. If you can’t get that, I’d guess the sensitive skin Neutrogena clear bar (no additives and cheap) would work as well.
2. Use a washcloth and hand towel dedicated to your face. Don’t share with anyone or use on any other part of your body. If your body is affected, have a dedicated washcloth and bath towel for it.
3. Cover the area with a natural anti-inflamitory cream called Florasone. It replaces cortisone and can be used as long as you need it. Non-irritating, too. Can be found on http://www.iherb,com
4. If you truly have psoriasis or dermatitis, the infection could be due to a fungal/bacterial infection. You know what my doc gave me? CLOTRIMAZOLE. Yep, the kind used for athletes foot. Get some generic at the drugstore or Target and apply morning and at night before bed to the areas. Works wonders to calm things down after about a week. (After a few weeks, if it doesn’t work, doc said try Lamisil or another fungal cream.) The moment you think you’re cured, use it for two more weeks because your skin can have a rebound effect. These OTC fungal creams can be used indefinitely.
5. If you have to use a moisturizer on face or body, try to make it a sensitive skin, non-fragranced one with as few ingredients as possible. Burt’s Bees Radiance Night cream and ALBA Aloe & Green Tea oil-free moisturizer worked for my face, and ALBA Botanica Very Emollient Body Lotion should work for the body.
6. For your scalp - that dry-but-oily flakinesss that creeps over your scalp and looks white? I don’t have that currently, but while researching, I remember others having good results by putting anti-dandruff shampoo on their scalp, covering the head with a shower cap and leaving for 4+ hours (some left it overnight, but I’d work up to that). Rinse and repeat this several times a week. If nothing changes after a week, try another dandruff shampoo with different active ingredients.
As with anything, I’m not a doctor and your mileage may vary, but I hope this helps. Once you get this condition, it’s almost impossible to get rid of, BUT IT CAN BE MANAGED once you get it under control.

I have also suffered from serious psoriasis. There are many psoriasis shampoos sold on the shelfs that have helped me with the scalp. The shampoos with coal tar(although expensive) are the ones that have helped me the most. I also use Psoriasin Gel(sold over the counter in local drug stores) on the outbreaks throughout the body. You will need to pick the flakes off the area before you apply the gel. It will sting for a second since it is alcohol based but you will see results. If you are into the more natural remedies, I recommend that you start to excersise(I have found that this is the best remedy for me). Salt water from the beach and direct sunlight have also helped me immensely.

1. Have A Proper Bath Or Shower
