Well, it’s tough to say which is the best over the counter product. Best are thicker creams ’cause they trap moisture & keep it in your skin the longest. I’m a big fan of aloe vera. I am currently dealing with Psoriasis myself. It is very depressing not being able to show off your skin like I want too. It messes with my confidence as well it is weird.
