I have eczema on my arms and mostly on my chest and shoulders. Mostly due to itching but no matter what I use, it doesn't seem to go, even if I stop itching. Can anyone suggest any remedies?
First off, you must keep your skin moisturized. A great moisturizer would be Aveeno. It would be best to apply a moisturizer right after a bath or shower.
Milk products and gluten may also play a major role in your eczema, so you should avoid these for a few weeks, then add them back to your diet at a later time. It can also be from pet dander, pollen, dust mites, etc. It can be a multitude of reasons you have eczema, but natural treatments should be good enough to treat all. I know eczema can be a deterrent for some people, so make sure you cure it as soon as possible. Here's a site with information on how to treat and deal with eczema.

Try going to your local doctor, they will give u a special cream, or just try E45 cream, it's really good, i had it and it totally cleared! hope this helps
