I just read about acupuncture being good to help eczema, so I wanna check that out. What I use around my mouth to sooth and moisturize it is EXTRA VIRGIN Olive Oil. I don’t think just the regular one will work. I’ve read people had really good results with Burt’s Bees Baby Apricot Oil and Sweet Almond Oil. I tried the Burt’s Bees, but it made mine worse because I have very sensitive skin and that stuff has fragrance in it. The almond oil didn’t do much for me. I’m just MAD hypersensitive though.

Hi! I can really recommend eumocream, which is a nice thick hydration cream, boots has it but its quite pricey at £7 for 100g tube. I know what you mean about the steroid cream, my skin is so thin on my hands it keeps blistering. Never thought to miss out tea/ fizzy drinks, will give it a go. X
